Leadership Assessment Results:
Strengths:
I addressed my weakness of over thinking, by applying the theory of planned behavior to myself in a separate document. Impatience is a weakness which will take time to overcome, but actively practicing relaxation techniques (i.e. relaxation breathing, actively relaxing muscles, etc.) when I begin to feel impatient will improve my patience with others. By learning what details are the most important in the situations where I will be placed in the healthcare setting, I will be able to better pay attention to relevant details and analyze those. Strengthening this skill is something that will take hands on experience, not just theoretical knowledge. To “grow” my own self-motivation, I could take the time to learn specific self-motivation techniques.

- I am left brain dominant.
- I am mostly a Type A personality.
- I am a Myers-Briggs type ENTJ.

- Attention to detail (analytical)
- Self-motivated
- Impatience
