Second Verbal Warning: “On November 25, 2014 we met regarding your unprofessional behavior. I addressed how disruptive behavior such as threatening gestures, comments, and acts will not be tolerated. You have completely disregarded your co-workers’ and my concerns, which is why a performance improvement plan must be put into place immediately. If you fail to abide by this plan your employment will be terminated.”
